The magazine Ecology and Industry published an article about a significant event in the field of green construction—the Green Awards 2024 ceremony, organized by the Kazakhstan Green Building Council (KazGBC). We are pleased to announce that the REIT TSPG real estate investment fund received high recognition at this event and was awarded in the category of "Promotion of Green Construction."

The article highlights our contribution to the development and promotion of green building standards in Kazakhstan, particularly the national building certification system OMIR. Our properties, Dostyk Plaza and Shymkent Plaza, were recognized for their high level of compliance with these standards, marking an important step towards improving energy efficiency and sustainable development of commercial properties in the country.
