Minsk City Mall Opens the HEROES Hub Event Space
The development of multifunctional public spaces has become one of the most notable trends shaping modern shopping centers. Today, malls are increasingly combining shopping, entertainment, business activities, and community functions, creating new visitor experiences and enhancing the overall value of their properties.
At TSPM., this approach has already been implemented across the company's managed assets. Dostyk Plaza and Shymkent Plaza, for example, regularly host exhibitions, educational events, product presentations, family activities, and major city events, creating a modern environment for shopping, leisure, and social interaction.
One of the latest examples of this trend comes from Belarus. A new multifunctional event venue, HEROES Hub, has opened at Minsk City Mall. According to belretail.by, the space is designed to host business meetings, presentations, corporate events, workshops, exhibitions, meetups, and team-building activities.
Located on the third floor of the shopping center within the HEROES Playbar, the venue accommodates both small teams and large-scale events for up to 300 guests. It is equipped with large-format screens, professional sound systems, and is available throughout the day—from morning business meetings to evening corporate events.
The HEROES Hub concept combines business and entertainment in a single destination. After the formal part of an event, guests can enjoy the gaming areas, visit the cinema, or dine at the restaurant, making corporate gatherings more flexible, engaging, and informal.
For smaller groups, dedicated VIP rooms are available, while larger events can reserve the entire venue. Event organizers also provide comprehensive planning and on-site support.
The launch of HEROES Hub demonstrates that integrating business event spaces into shopping centers is becoming one of the industry's most promising development trends.
