Auto parts distributor Carville leases warehouse in northern Almaty

Carville has leased 3,500 sq. m. of warehouse space in the Mirel logistics complex in the Almaty region. The transaction was advised by Bright Rich | CORFAC International.

Carville is one of the major distributors of automotive components and spare parts across the CIS markets. The company owns several brands, including StartVolt, Luzar, Airline, Trialli and Carville Racing. Its product portfolio includes brake pads and discs, generators, starters, shock absorbers, and automotive chemicals. The company also manufactures automotive parts and accessories at its production facility in St. Petersburg.

The client decided to discontinue using a 3PL operator and lease its own warehouse due to growing turnover. The company was looking for a modern facility in a convenient location that would allow for a fast relocation.

“As businesses grow and operational processes become more complex, leasing warehouse space becomes more cost-effective than working with a 3PL provider. Warehouse owners are ready to lease space for long-term contracts at fixed rates, while logistics service costs typically depend on the volume of operations. Moreover, when addressing non-standard tasks, in-house logistics can prove more efficient than outsourcing,” said Artemiy Pestovskiy, Partner and Director of Bright Rich | CORFAC International Kazakhstan.

The Mirel warehouse complex is located in the northern part of the Almaty region, in the settlement of Bayserke. The facility was built in 2025 and has a total area of 10,100 sq. m. The complex is located near the Big Almaty Ring Road (BAKAD) and Almaty International Airport.
