The DNS retail chain has leased 18,000 sq. m in a Class A warehouse complex within the Focus Aksengir logistics park located in the Almaty region. This is the largest warehouse leasing deal on the Kazakhstan market in 2025. The transaction was advised by the company Bright Rich | CORFAC International.
 
DNS is one of the largest consumer electronics and household appliances retail chains in Russia. It comprises over 2,700 stores in the Primorsky Krai, Moscow, St. Petersburg, and other cities. Since 2021, the retailer has been present in the Kazakhstan market, operating 73 stores in Almaty, Astana, and other regions. The retail chain is also expanding its business in Belarus and Kyrgyzstan.

The total area of the Focus Aksengir warehouse complex exceeds 90,000 sq. m. The logistics park is located in a well-connected area in northwestern Almaty, near the Big Almaty Ring Road (BAKAD).
